Tasha is our sassy Jamaican contract to close expert. A former real estate paralegal and short sale negotiator, she navigates the world of contracts with ease and an eye for detail. Often described as "delightfully stern", Tasha stays on top of agents, lenders, attorneys and all other parties to the transaction to ensure deadlines are met and everyone gets to the closing table with a smile on their face! Her commitment to perfection offers clients - especially first time home buyers - a sense of assurance and confidence throughout the entire home buying process. Tasha's personality, compassion, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and amazing baking skills make her a valuable asset to Team Sterling.

Tasha is passionate about making an impact and giving back. In addition to her job at Team Sterling, Tasha serves as Vice Chair for the board of nonprofit iDream Inc., which works with low income and at risk youth in developing countries.
