PEACHTREE LOFTS CONDOMINIUMS

n reference to the Peachtree Loft Condos for sale in particular, amenities include a classy lobby and public area, which we was redesigned in 2009. There is also a beautiful outdoor pool, scaled by pine trees and other greenery. This lets residents enjoy the sunshine by grilling, swimming, and generally making merry the year round! There’s also a small dog park available for use found just inside the confines of the gated community. Of course, this downtown condo complex also offers residents access to a modern gym and fitness center, which can be found next door to the lobby. With both aerobic machines and free weights, not having to spend $50-$100 on a monthly gym membership is nothing to turn your nose up at!

You can find the Peachtree Lofts Condominiums between contemporary downtown buildings and skyscrapers. Once a government building, the building was renovated in 1996 to have 210 residential units.

Midtown Attractions

But, seeing as how you are likely less interested in the history of the Peachtree Lofts Condos and more likely to be concerned with the neighborhood, let’s talk about Midtown and all of its attractions.

There is a lot to like about living in a place like Midtown, which helps explain what makes the real estate industry such a competitive one in this region. Living in Midtown gives you access to parks, shopping, live music, museums, entertainment, arts, fine dining, nightlife, and much more.

More specifically, how does getting to see a Broadway play before it comes out on Broadway sound? Not bad, right? At the Alliance Theatre in Midtown Atlanta, you can do exactly that. Other venues and attractions include the Woodruff Arts Center, the Center for Puppetry Arts, the High Museum of Art, the historic Fox Theatre, and much more.

If you are concerned about a lack of green space, there’s the Atlanta Botanical Garden, which boasts over 30 acres of green grass and flora. There’s also the more commonly used Piedmont Park, which offers greenery in addition to tennis courts, basketball courts, and more!

You’ll never go hungry or thirsty living in Midtown Atlanta, either. There’s no lack of diversity when it comes to cuisine, with options like Pasta Da Pulcinella, Anh’s Kitchen, Ecco, 5Church Atlanta, Bulla Gastrobar, and Mary Mac’s Tea Room.

With the Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, downtown, and Atlantic Station all nearby and possibly within walking distance, it’s easy to see why so many people love the idea of living in Midtown.
