Kacia Down

A native of Canada, Kacia has lived all over North America with 10 different moves all before she was a teenager. That’s when her family made Newnan, Georgia - just southwest of Atlanta - their home and they’ve been there ever since. If you’re having a bad day, you want Kacia on the other end of the phone with you - even if you don’t know her! People gravitate towards her caring and compassionate nature, naturally opening up to her. For our buyers and sellers, that translates into the inside track on better deals. She loves meeting and talking to new people, making friends, and really learning about people’s stories. She graduated with a degree in Social Work and found a calling in helping others through organizations such as Kate’s Club, where she was a “Camp Good Mourning” Leader at a summer bereavement camp for children and teens.
