Stephanie loves organization so much that during her job interview she actually told Matthew how her closet was systematized. Before joining Team Sterling, Stephanie served as the Regional Broker Administrative Assistant for a commercial real estate firm specializing in triple net leases. She was quickly promoted to a Research Analyst, where she pulled comps, researched ownerships, and built buy-need lists for her broker teams nationwide. This foundation in real estate and her attention to detail has made her an invaluable asset to Team Sterling as our Operations Manager and Listing Coordinator. She works behind the scenes attending to details that include arranging home staging, scheduling photography, organizing contracts, publishing listings, and more things than we can list to make sure that everyone gets to the closing table with a smile on their face.

Stephanie also serves as "Team Mom" caring for client and her work-family with the same care she would extend to her own family. She’s so trustworthy and dependable, clients have been known to give her their passwords for personal website logins and have them insist they take her antique shopping on their dime.
