Stephanie Hovis, Team Sterling’s Listing Coordinator and Operations Manager, loves organization so much that during her job interview she actually told Brian and Matthew how her closet was systematized. While her background isn’t in fashion (she studied Communication and Gender and Women’s Studies in school), her attention to detail and passion for order has brought her success in the real estate industry. Before joining the team, she started as the Regional Broker Administrative Assistant for a commercial real estate firm specializing in triple net leases. She was quickly promoted to a Research Analyst, where she pulled comps, dug for ownerships, and built buy-need lists for her broker teams nationwide. During this time, she realized she missed managing the circus of contracts, clients, and calendars. After joining Team Sterling, she was, also, appointed Team Mom and continues to care for clients the same way she looks after her work family. She’s so trustworthy and dependable, clients have been known to give her their passwords for personal website logins and have them insist they take her antique shopping on their dime.
